The bar is strong enough not to crumble even when applying with pressure. It’s simple and awesome. I used powdered chalk long time ago. They weren’t never good. I was worried that this would equally bad. But I got these on a hunch that these might be good. And I’m not wrong. A small amount really gives a good grip. Review: Very good - Excellent product. Increases your grip strength substantially. Use it regularly for my pull ups. Enough for a whole gym. ## Features - MAGNESIUM CARBONATE CHALK 8 x 57g = 456 Grams TOTAL (2oz each x 8 = 16 Oz Total) - we use 100% PURE magnesium carbonate (MgCO3) for creating gymnastics chalk, other chalks might remove sweat from your hands, but it will not decrease the friction between the bar and your hand, weakening your grip strength - SPORTS THAT SHOW SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS BY USING CHALK: Crossfit, Athletic Lifting, Weightlifting, Power Lifting, Rock Climbing.
