It is soft yet firm. No stiff neck at all. I adjusted easily to the new pillow. I am a semi-side, semi-stomach sleeper. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a COZY SLEEP then this is your decision! VALUE! *by A***R on July 2, 2017* If you’re looking for a COZY SLEEP then this is your decision! VALUE!I have tested nearly a dozen different types of pillows over the past years, as I had major sleeping problems from neck pain. I tried every memory foam/gel/down/feather/magic form of a pillow I could find, but I didn’t succeed.Until I got to this Lincove down pillow. I am very glad that my husband encouraged me buying it. All I can say is, heavenly COMFORTABLE and LUXURIOUS with no smell at all, like the other crappy feather sleeping pillows. It came packed with a beautiful packaging making me feel delightful. The pillow its self is you know the kind: down and soft that can be fluffed about 3 feet high so you sink into a cloud without feeling the mattress below… Prompt and fast delivery. Would highly recommend this! And definitely, buy another one! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Got this pillow as a gift from my wife. *by Z***. on July 7, 2017* Was so excited when I received this...totally appreciate my wife for buying it. can’t wait to go to sleep on this. Feels yummy. Came packed in a very luxurious manner. From my experience whenever I buy pillows I fluff it up before my first use, so it has a real plump look. This one stays fluffy.
