Great Cookbook, bought all 3. Jeremy Dixon is truly blessed on cooking and sharing them with us. If you have not heard of Jeremy, one day you will. we have few recipes we like to use but not a whole lot

Very usable and healthy

I Love all three of Jeremy's cookbooks and use them in my kitchen 85% of the time now. As a recent convert to gluten free vegan I can eat nearly everything in his books making meal planning super easy. The recipes are tasty, and not too time consuming or complex to use for everyday cooking. The back section in which he gives formulas for adapting your own... salads, wraps, pizzas, etc. suits my husband's non-recipe cooking style easily. Each book is filled with new and tasty recipes. I highly recommend them.
