Superior product! Has the look & quality feel of the TAG original, PLUS service was above & beyond!
A fantastic watch strap, beyond my expectations, with top notch customer service to boot! I was looking for a quality strap for my TAG Heuer Carrera watch, as the old strap was starting to come apart. Not taking the time to measure carefully, I ordered a strap with a 22mm lug, which came as promised, but didn't fit the watch (actual lug size 20mm). Being in somewhat urgent need of the new strap, and my local TAG shop not having straps that work with the TAG butterfly clasp in stock, I called DISMAY's customer service line, who on the spot set out to help me out, taking note of my need for a quick delivery. To make a long story short, I have the new watch strap installed 2 days after contacting Albert at customer service. To top it off, the strap is a very high quality product, very much matching the look & quality feel of the TAG original. Thank you Albert & DISMAY! This was one of the best experiences with online customer service I've ever had.

Since Tag no longer sells black alligator watch bands to replace the original on my Monaco
Itโs a darn decent watch band. I bought it as a replacement for the OEM band that Tag no longer offers. The band is not exactly a Tag band, there are subtle differences, but for less than $50, I am extremely pleased. I bought 2 to have one as a spare.

Very close to Tag original
Just s little more polishing on the locking mechanism for a smoother closure would have made it to 5 star status. Ps for those who comlpain about thickness they don't know how closely this compares to an original Tag model.

its okay, the color darker than expected
another reviewer already mentioned but good to be reminded that the original buckle is difficult to use. necessary to a deep cut. use the buckle comes with the band which is alright. outside the US, do not expect to get in time, + 7days estimated time.

If you own a Tag. Spend the money on the original product. This product is not of good quality.

Good quality, great customer service!
The band looks identical to the original band, nice quality. I ordered the wrong size and the company helped me to determine which model Carrera watch I had which was the 19mm width. Make sure to check the model #, apparently there are 3 different widths depending on the model #. They promptly sent me the correct width band and it looks great on the watch.
