Use it when I install tire plugs.
When I get a nail hole in a tire, I put some of this on the tire plug before I insert it. It makes it easier to put the plug in the tire, and I think it helps it do it's job. I've never had an issue doing this.

Works as described. Used to repair rubber seal on my lawn tractor triple bagger. Reinforced it where it usually cracks and sags and now all good. I had to add some screws for reinforcement and now all is great.
