I am very satisfied with this Burt’s Bees for Dogs shampoo with colloidal oatmeal and honey. I have been using it on my dog, and I love how it leaves his coat clean, soft, and shiny. The formula is very gentle on his skin, and after every bath, I notice he scratches less and his skin looks more hydrated. Colloidal oatmeal helps soothe dry skin, while honey provides extra hydration without leaving heavy residue. Plus, it has a mild, pleasant scent that doesn't bother my pet I like that it is made with naturally inspired ingredients and rinses out easily. Without a doubt, it is an excellent shampoo for keeping my dog's coat healthy, clean, and well-groomed. I highly recommend it and would buy it again!

This is great for my dogs sensitive skin, there has been a lot less itching, biting at their toes, and licking at their paws. It also helps with less ear infections. And it helps keep away that stale chip smell. We call it Frito toe. I say it’s worth the money. we water it down because we have really big dogs and it takes a lot to completely cover them. But overall, it works really well, especially for doodles.

This is an affordable dog shampoo option. No strong scent afterward, and my pet seems to have adapted to it well.

pros: scent free, gentle on sensitive skin, lifts dirt extremely well, no residue, soft fur (doesn’t strip oils) cons: thin liquid (thick water consistency, hard to get the soap on your dog if dispensed in your hand), no foam (hard to see where soap has missed), need to use a lot on thick fur (doesn’t spread easily) other things to note: have two australian shepherds and a papillon chihuahua. this soap is much easier to use on a little dog since you can keep track of where you’ve gotten the soap and where you haven’t. my aussies have very dense coats with medium length fur and i had to use 1/4 of the bottle to wash all three dogs with the primary reason of this soap not spreading. thicker foaming soap would be better for my aussies but this soap is perfect for my papillon.

Not my favorite, but not the worst. I bought this in a pinch (available for same day delivery) and it worked ok. I agree with other reviews, it’s really watery and it doesn’t lather all that much. I felt like I was using significantly more than I usually do. I will say, though, my girls feels soft and doesn’t stink, so points for that. I’ll keep it as a back up of course, but not veering from our Veterinary Formula shampoo again!

My Yorkie babies have gotten dry flaky, itchy, red hotspots & food sensitivities when they hit 10 years old. I had always used Royal Treatment shampoo & conditioner which smells amazing! They never had a problem, but it got so expensive & hard to find. When I started trying other high rated brands, that’s when they both started having skin problems. So, when I saw Burt’s Bee makes dog shampoo & conditioner I wanted to try it since I love many of their products! I wasn’t really expecting it to do wonders nothing was helping, but their hotspots & dry skin are completely healed! They are soft & clean. It doesn’t have a fragrance so they don’t smell clean very long, maybe two days, but them not being miserable is worth it! I did start with only the shampoo about six months ago, but they needed the conditioner for their hair. They’re bathed once a week & I’d say their skin started improving within a few weeks & kept improving. I saw some bad reviews, I think the reason this product doesn’t lather as much is because it’s missing some harsh sulfates that make all those suds, so this may not be suited for active dogs that need deodorizing or aren’t bathed weekly or don’t have sensitive skin. The colloidal oat is used for dry sensitive skin & is an ingredient in all my eczema skin care. Hope this review is helpful to someone. :)

The enjoyed the shower

Was not the quality i expected from this brand. I understand its shampoo but seemed quit watered down. Was disappointed & definitely wont be buying this product again.

Für unseren kurzhaarigen Dackel war es ganz okay. Aber für unsere Langhaarigen Hunde war es richtig blöd. Man braucht Unmengen von diesen Shampoo, es schäumt nicht und geht auch nach langem spülen nicht aus dem Fell. Nimmt man ganz wenig, wird der Hund nicht sauber, es verteilt sich einfach schlecht. Aber für kurzhaarige Hunde ist es okay.
