Review: Good Clarity, Price, and Combination With Midwoofers - Setup I decided to buy these to install in my home theater system along with some component speakers. They provide a nice, bright sound and bring clarity to the vocals with no distortion. They've held up nicely now for almost a month of constant use. I particularly like the higher RMS that these provide for being just 4 inches. In terms of bass, I wouldn't say that these are particularly meant for that. They went in easy with my setup and provided just what I was missing. They work well, have little to no distortion at high volume, and have a decent high-end range.

I always spend way too much on speakers for all of my vehicles. I am partial to Infinity and Polk audio, but decided to give these a try. I just needed one 4" speaker for my center dash to replace a blown speaker. I just installed the speaker and I got to say I am very impressed. The speakers look great and you can definitely tell it's a 3-way speaker with a nice tweeter sound. They are well worth the money and hold their own against the other 6 expensive speakers in the car.

Bought these for a build project I made. The sound is fine but when you put more than 20 watts to them they distort some which could just be a fluke on the assembly line. Always had good luck with Boos products.
