Not always as good as described
I live in Colorado Springs just South of Denver and wished to receive an AM station (1430) on my home receiver. My car radio picks it up just fine. But since my receiver failed to pick up the station I bough this antenna. I experience absolutely zero improvement. In fact I saw no difference whatsoever, no new stations or improved quality. The antenna is now in the trash. Since we are over a 1000 feet higher than Denver with no obstructions between us, I expected something better. To be fair, I admit that I've never seen a receiver component that has decent AM reception capability. Since car radios do this just fine, I am puzzled. Is the problem the antenna or the component receivers and what can I do to improve my reception inside the home?

Good for am
This antenna helped with reception, but i have my tuner in the basement. On fm i still get some static am is better.I thick the antenna cable should have been longer.I then could try it by a window.

A boost for old radios
I put this on an early-1990's Bose radio in a fringe area about 80 miles from the city stations, and it definitely did help. But if you have a relatively modern FM receiver, its rf preamplifier may be just as good as the amplifier in this device. In that case you could try a much cheaper passive antenna.

limited connection capability
making sure this product had proper connectors for most uses is critical. I can't use it due to wrong connection adapters and the lack of response from their support e-mail team. I dont know if this works, I cant hook it up.

Not working
Can not get it to work with my receiver. When I plug it in to the adapter above I just get a loud buzz. I would like to know what I need to make it work. Do I need a different adapter or what?

Did the job
It was fairly easy to install. I hooked it to the stereo I have and was able to pick up the stations I was looking to get.

Didn't work for me.
I ordered this to try and pull in some weak FM Radio Stations in my area. It didn't make any difference, and I returned it for a refund.

This product did not work for me.
This product, although claiming to have a built-in signal amplifier, could not pull in FM radio broadcast signals from transmitting locations (over relatively level terrain) of less than 25 miles from my location. I tried two different receivers and multiple locations in my home. Including on a window ledge, with no significant results. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
