A: I am 5'3 and weigh 103 and a 34B. I bought a size small and it fit perfectly.

A: It does run a little big. So if you are use to a medium slightly tight/ higher up short,  I would go w/ that. But if you want your bottoms to be a little looser on you, the large might work. The band is elastic so there is stretch. Hope that helps.
