Hello i have sandy blond hair and my children are toe heads. our water has a rusty tint to it. should i use you are blind or your hard water packet?

I have well water.  I have used this product for all long time and it works well.  Hint:  if you have a friend or add he hairdresser that doesn’t have well water,  ask them if you can wash your hair there.  Your will be starting out with no well water for washing and rinsing.  Use one of the Wellness Shampoos and conditioner too

How is this different from the weekly demineralizer packet? Do i need both?

The brighter amps up the platinum blonde tones in hair and cuts brassy tones.  The demineralizer gets the iron and other mineral deposits out of your hair.  It will make your hair lighter and less gold.  Don't use both products the same week.  Both dry out bleached or highlighted hair and both would cause breakage most likely.  When using either one always condition with a strong rehydration conditioner or at least use Malibu Well water conditioner which will help to keep dried out hair soft and less brittle after washing in wellwater.

Is this good for keeping grey/silver (natural) hair from turning yellow?

I use it along with a purple shampoo. It does help keep your silver hair bright though. This is not necessarily prevention to the yellowing, but it helps a lot!
