Sitting Buddha Iridescent Rainbow Abhaya Mudra Statue Figurine 6.5x4.5x10.25 H

I knew something was wrong the moment I picked the box up. :(Someone asked if this statue was made of metal and the answer was yes...Spoiler alert: it's NOT metal! My figurine arrive broken beyond repair. It looks like someone took a sledgehammer to the bottom half of my poor Buddha! A fine powder cascaded out of the box when I opened it, that's how broken it is! It's a shame, too. The unbroken top half was gorgeous and it was the finish I was hoping for. :( I can see why it arrived broken. I have never seen a more poorly packed package! There was one puny piece of Styrofoam in the box. I don't know what that was supposed to do. This Buddha had little chance of being carried across the street safely, never mind be shipped across country. I'm not sure if I want to chance getting a replacement if the packaging is that awful. I will surely get another broken one.I'm so disappointed. I was looking so forward to this lovely treasure!
