This has a nice flavor but is a bit sweeter than I like so I add another ounce or so of water to ramp that down. While I can't produce scientific evidence to prove it's effective, I can say that it's very soothing during those times when my throat is feeling a bit rough from allergies. And I appreciate that it's caffeine free so that I can have this even late in the evening if I want. The only negatives to it are that it's somewhat pricey and mine came with no lid. This was the first time I'd ordered it, so I didn't realize it was wrong until I went back later and noticed the red lid in the product picture. The container I received was sealed with something like foil, so the tea was fine, but it meant that I had to transfer the tea to another container and throw out the original. Not a huge deal, but I'd prefer to keep it in the container it came in. I'm guessing that this was a one-off mistake. Although I can't say for sure that this benefits my help, I get great relief from the Olbas inhalers, so I think that this tea is also helping me. Even if it's not, it makes a nice warm beverage to have after a meal. For me, it's sweet enough to be dessert.

I love this tea. It is delicious as well as working amazing when you have a cold. It helps clear the nasal passages making it much easier to breathe. It works well at all temperatures. I add it to my water bottle to sip throughout the day as well as having a cup of it warm so I can enjoy the aroma! I was super happy to find it on Amazon because the store I used to buy it at has sold and the new owner has decided to not carry it anymore.

This is my second time buying this product and it is the BEST. It's great for sore or dry/itchy throats and helps with preventing a cold if you can feel it coming or getting you through one if you've already caught it. It's sweet but has a minty flavor which threw me off the first time I tried it. If you're on the fence about it, try it. The tea comes in little pellets that dissolve into hot water. The ratio I use is 1 Tbsp of tea to 1 cup hot water (packaging says otherwise, but this is what I found to be helpful).
