Vitamix 755 Lid Plug For 64 oz Containers, clear, opaque (VM000755)

My original one got ruined when I turned on the Vitamix with the lid inside. This one fits fine.

Product is exactly as described, no issues with it so far. Fits my Vitamix after I lost the old lid, so it does its job.

I liked that this part was available for my blender. Because this model is not inexpensive, and for you to have this part available has provided a more 'clean' environment in my kitchen!

It fits my vita-mix lid but VERY tightly. Too tight to take it in and out while still blending. Anytime I need to add anything in while it's mixing I have to stop the blender and then continue after adding it in. Since the original lid was lost (who knows how) it is the only one I've found that works.

This lid plug works really well - like others here, I ground up my old one in the mixer! Ugh. I keep this one in another place to prevent that from happening again.

I have a Costco Vitamix (model VM0102D) but didn’t know the series number (5300) until after ordering this, so wasn’t sure if it was going to fit or not. It doesn’t. There are 2 small tabs that stick out from the round part of the plug, which prevent the plug from fitting. I ended up calling Vitamix customer service to ask which plug to buy, and they sent me a courtesy replacement plug (which they apparently sell for ~$16 for just the plug.. or maybe it was for the plug and lid since the representative said they normally don’t sell the plug by itself).

This was a perfect replacement for Vitamix lid. The first one was accidentally ground up and I was glad that I didn't have to purchase a whole new lid!

This plug fit the blender lid well. It feels like a cheaper grade of plastic but it does the job.
