Will this fit a Platignum Fountain pen?

If you mean Platinum brand fountain pen, then no these won't fit. Platinum uses proprietary cartridges or converters and these are supposed to be standard international.

Will these fit the Dryden pens?

No it did not fit my Dryden pens. After pushing it on. It falls off. The Hondigan cartridges look the same but they stay on.

Do these work with cross fountain pens?

No, these won't work with Cross fountain pens. Cross has their own proprietary cartridge style.
