Like I said, this powder is unusually sweet which concerns me...I decided to look for another brand next time I want carrot powder, although this tastes good, I'm not happy with the container...the fact that it's plastic, sticky and profoundly sweet.PS Just downgraded this product to one after seeing a lot of white specks in the container that were settledon the bottom...Carrots do not contain white elements...Carrots are orange...Returned the product to Amazon fornot quite trusting what is actually in the product that wasn't listed on the label.
