ARTEZA Liquid Chalk Markers, Set of 8, Metallic Colors, Erasable

I bought these markers for a blackboard that I have, I got them on a daily deal and was not disappointed. They work flawlessly and look amazing. Has different colors for everyone and is worth every cent in my opinion.

Without a doubt the best chalk markers ive ever had. The colors are so vivid, they dry great and quickly and the amount of colors and the quantity and quality of them is just so worth it. These are worth every penny.

I ordered these chalk pens to do a black dry erase board for the bar where I work. I am a novice calligrapher / sign painter at best so i need lots of tries before settling on designs. The colors are great, MOST of the colors show up on the black board (I haven't tried on white but I have doodled on mirror glass a bit and some of the lighter colors don't really come thru legibly). Getting the pens started is kind of annoying and I found the nibs dulled quickly. They send you two types, I just wish they sent back ups of both. I don't particularly love using the angled tip however I didn't have a choice when I dulled the other. Switching out the nibs can be messy, I know they include tweezers but they don't really work well. The chalk ink rinses off skin with ease, I don't recommend getting the ink on other porous surfaces though I wouldn't bank on that being as easy to remove. I've owned a lot of chalk pens and I think overall these are my favorite as far as spectrum of colors offered, price, longevity, packaging, etc. Definitely great for novices.

I purchased these markers to decorate my son’s car for graduation. To use them, they are very similar to paint markers; shake them and then prime the tips with paint. It was nice that extra tips were included, but I have not had to use them yet. Some of the colors are much more vibrant than the others, much more pigmented, the silver, blue and red are particularly nice. I only gave 4 stars because unfortunately the gold marker did not work at all. No matter how hard or how long I shook it, (and I tried for a LONG time) there was no “ball rattling” sound, so it seemed as if all of the pigment had solidified. I was disappointed because I would’ve really liked to have been able to use the gold. Like the other reviewers stated, if you press too hard, a big blob of paint will come gushing out, so you need to push down gently on the nub to let the paint flow. It started to come off the windows with some rain, which I imagine means that it shouldn’t be too hard to remove if necessary. overall, with the exception of the disappointing gold marker, it is a very good product.

Great color pay off, erased without leaving a mark. White marker was a bit streaky although, but that can be said for almost every single white chalk markers on the market

I used these ARTEZA markers exclusively to create my most recent big board for a client. I also used them along with another brand for the design on the same board before this one. When I wiped off the design from the previous board, there was a significant difference in how easily ARTEZA markers came off. They practically came off with just a wet wash cloth! The other brands I used needs to be scrubbed of with a magic eraser and elbow grease. I love all the different colors. The variety has been very helpful with all the spring flowers I am drawing all over town. Compared to other brands I use, this one is the most layerable. The only negative is that when I use these markers exclusively to fill in large spaces, the color can look goooy and not uniform. Even lines need to be layered over a second time to make them solid versus a little bubbly and not all the way set looking. But with a second layer on a line, they look bright and solid. It’s much harder to double layer big areas though.

I bought two types of expensive markers. I decided to try Arteza, they are just as good (and better in some aspects) as the more expensive brands. When I say more expensive, firstly, the expensive brands charge the same price for a pack of 5 to 8 markers compared to 12 markers per pack for Arteza. Additionally, there is no noticeable difference between the life of the markers across brands. For instructors, I noticed two important things with the Arteza brand: 1. The top fits snugly, meaning it does not fall off during lecture, which is very irritating. 2. The tip cover has an indentation which is helpful when you are priming the marker multiple times during a lecture. Some brands have cover with flat tips, in which case, the tip sometimes slips off during priming, again, this can be irritating during lecture because it's messy and the solution is rather simple. Regarding the tips, they are reversible, the tip size is not listed on Arteza's package but, comparing them to the other brands the thick side is either 5 or 6 mm. The thin side is very thin, probably 2 mm. Note, the box contains a package of reversible chiseled tips and tweezers to keep your fingers clean if you need to change a moist tip. Overall, based on the very low price and usability I would certainly recommend these markers.

I like the markers. My 6 year old granddaughter used them, and they were a little messy. They leaked. Once I instructed her not to push so hard as she used them, there was less leakage mess. The complaint I have is the only container is the box they came in. For the price, you would think there would be a plastic box with a latch.

Well worth spending extra, as cheaper ones take time to start up & also leave shadows after cleaning several times. Would definitely recommend these, they will be the ones I buy again in future.

Cercavo un banale pennarello a gesso liquido bianco per scrivere sulla lavagna della cucina, ma mi sono resa conto delle potenzialità di questo articolo leggendo le varie descrizioni e sono felice di essermi lasciata convincere. Comodi da usare e si puliscono facilmente con uno straccio umido, i colori sono brillanti e ben visibili anche sul vetro. Inoltre regalano delle etichette adesive da usare sui contenitori e le punte di scorta. Utile e divertente anche per i bambini, ma sotto sorveglianza perché schiacciando la punta esce il liquido. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, in proporzione a scatole che contengono un quarto dei colori.

Man muss wirklich lange pumpen, bis die Farbe vorne ankommt, aber es lohnt sich. Die Farbabhabe ist konstant und der Stift schmiert nicht. Man kann auch kleiner damit schreiben und die Farbe trocknet gut und hält. Würde ich wieder kaufen!

These are fantastic for writing up the glass display! They're nice and thick, clear, and the lines really pop out, will be purchasing again!
