Can this be used to pump used engine oil?

I don't see a reason why it should not be used for pumping used engine oil. I obviously have not tried it, but oil will not hurt its material, so go for it.

Hi, I have connect a 12v power source and pressure is very low. What do I need to do toget max pressure?

The General Working Water flow is 3.5-4L/Min. If you need the pressure to be higher, 1. Use a regulator to adjust the pressure. 2. Use smaller caliber hose or spray gun to increase the pressure.

What size hose connectors would I need to fit to this?

Hi James, I am using a 1/2 " hose but did have to purchase adapters in order to fit the hose. Hope the attached video helps.

Can I use Hozelock connectors for input and output?

No unless your using an 8 mm piper and the micro hose pip connector then you can feed in to hose lock but your get a 50% drop in pressure
