This is the antenna you need.
I bought this antenna and installed it myself and it works perfectly. The unit is well-built and sturdy and installation was easy and everything (and more) that I needed was supplied. One thing though - you won't need the RG6 COAX Conversion Kit that is offered in the "Frequently Bought Together" section. I used the 50' Antenna Extension Cable all the way from the antenna to the radio receiver inside my house and I didn't need to use the Conversion Kit terminals. I called the seller and asked to return the Conversion Kit for a refund which they agreed to and I promptly received it. This is a good item and good people to deal with.

Not much to say about a cable. It works.
I ordered this with the Pixel Pro 500 and it came with adapters and I get great reception.
