I have a couple favorite cookbooks that I have been purhcasing and Gooseberry Patch is one and the other is Taste of Home! I love down home meals and comfort foods and this "BIG" book is definitely one of my favorites!This cookbook has it all from breads, casseroles, soups and sandwiches, breakfast, to salads and so much more! Foods such as grandma chocolate popcorn, ulitmate tacos, bisquits, chocolate bread, old fasioned potato bread, frosty orange creamsicle, spiced chocolate coffee, toffee peanuts, italian cream cake, texas sheet cake, best blondies, BBQ chicken wings, Maple Praline chicken, Jen's pulled pork, graham cracker breakfast cakes, sausage gravy & Biscuits, buttermilk pancakes, double berry cobbler and so much more... The pictures are fantastic and all the ingredients are easy to find...and probably alot of them are in every ones pantry! There is bound to be something that everyone will take to! These books are well organized, well described recipes, and are a visual delight! I have not made anything out of this book yet but plan to get some ingredients this weekend so I can get started! Amazon sellers always make sure that books are well packaged, arrive quickly and are usually in better than expected condition! I recommend this book to Gooseberry Patch fans..that love down home cooking as much as I do! It is a great bargain and you definitely get your moneys worth with all the recipes and tips this book holds! This purchase is a true gem! The recipes in this book make for good reading and good cooking. They are easy to follow and the pictures are beautiful. Wish I could make them all! This would make a great gift for a new bride or a house warming gift. Check out the breakfast recipes - there are some great ones, and easy too!

Best cookbook ever! I love cookbooks and have many to prove that. This is my go to cookbook. Every recipe is easy to follow and doesn't ask for food items that you probably don't have in your food pantry. Can't say enough good things about this book. Don't hesitate to purchase.

I'm a huge fan of the Gooseberry 101 Cookbook series (ones with the glossy photos in the spiral binders). What I appreciate about GB is that the recipes are delicious and relatively easy to prepare with a short list of ingredients, most of which are common. However, this cookbook is a step up in difficulty! I have yet to prepare anything from this book but I enjoy having it around because it is absolutely GORGEOUS.

I love all the Gooseberry Patch Cook Books. Recipes are all down home cooking, and entertaining as well. On most of these Cook Books, located at the bottom of each page, there are some suggestions showing ideas, as how to decorate, or make your own hand made kitchen ideas.

I love this cookbook. The first thing I do when receiving a cookbook is go through it to see how many recipes are ones I can use in my everyday meal planning. This cookbook is awesome. I've tried many of the recipes in it and haven't found one yet that I didn't like enough to make again. Would highly recommend it to anyone who loves to cook and try new repices.

This is the second time I have purchased this cookbook. The other one walked away. This cookbook is the only cookbook that I have that I've wanted to cook many of the recipes, The ingredients are things you have in your kitchen. It has no recipes with weird ingredients. It has good recipes that my kids and husband will eat. So many recipes to try!

All that's left is an empty stomach to fill with these recipes, because you'll want to try every single one! The pictures are beautiful, and the recipes sound amazing. There's something for every meal of the day, from breakfast to dinner, including snacks and salads, along with many other genres of food. I'm pretty sure there's something in here for everyone. You won't be disappointed.
