Got this over the weekend, wore it part of Sunday, Monday and part of Tuesday before it fell off my wrist while I was walking. One of the pins had fallen out (not one that I had removed/replaced to size the band). Fortunately I noticed it fall since the band is so heavy, so I didn't lose my brand new FitBit. Next time, I will not be so miserly and I'll just buy one from FitBit. Too bad, because I liked how this band fit.UPDATE: Seller contacted me immediately and offered a refund as well as a replacement band. Once that arrives, I will test again and update my review. I changed the stars to 3 because of the great customer service, and I did really like the band before it broke.UPDATE 2: Seller expedited me a new band to try. Unfortunately, I had the same experience after wearing it less than 48 hours and the spring-loaded pin that holds the piece between the band and the snap/middle came out while I was just walking through a store while shopping.

This watch band is beautiful and I really like it but it was a huge pain to get the links removed (I have small wrists so it was a lot of trial and error until I got all the links out) and get my fitbit added. Also, only gave 3 stars because this is the 2nd band. My first band broke when I was putting on a t shirt - it got caught on the arm seam and broke. It broke at one of the links that are not removable, so the pin was lost in my carpet and I was not about to go pay a jeweler to fix it when I had only had it for 3 days! The company sent me a replacement quickly and so far this one has survived past the 3 day mark.

Overall the band looks nice and, while removing links to fit it to my wrist was a bit difficult, it pales in comparison to trying to lock the band to the Fitbit with the locking pins. As opposed to the band that comes with the Fitbit, the locking pins come separate (you get 4 -- I already lost one) and you need to insert them yourselves. They fall out easily and securing the band to the Fitbit took longer than removing the links. I typically switch out my bands daily between use at the gym (silicon band) to what I would have hope was this nicer looking band for the office; but. I see myself getting frustrated with trying to secure it and it'll end up in the trash.

One of the pins fell out breaking this band on the second day of use. I put some string In it and some tape. Looks goofy now.Not too happy with this purchase . On the bright side it shipped quick and has been holding up after my fix.

Love this bracelet. Style is great. Very comfortable. Takes a bit of time to remove links for the right fit, but it is terrific. The original band was awful to put in and snap into place - this is one is fantastic. Makes the Fitbit look great.

I bought 2 vigoss inspire watch bands. Both broke in one way or another within days. Sent them back and paid more for about same thing. So far so good.

The chains were difficult to remove to size smaller. Once we got that fixed, it broke the first day of wearing it.

Band fits my Fitbit Inspire HR perfectly, looks great on my wrist, and VIGOSS customer service is top notch. They helped me out with an issue immediately and completely. Five stars for sure!
