I have been dealing with a pretty bad breakout on my back for months after a body wash gave me the worst breakout ever. Anyway, I have been having my esthetician do peels and treatments every couple weeks and using a retinol. It got marginally better, but dry and itchy too. Last week, my esthetician used her red light and the inflammation went way down. This was Monday. I was so impressed with that, I found this one on Amazon and ordered it that day. It came a day early and I had it by Wednesday night. I have used it 30 min (all three lights together) every night since and my back is almost completely back to normal, 6 days later.
