There might be a lot of confusion with this product. It was not designed for the western market that aren't keen on Mobile games, or at least not to the level of the east Asian markets. The application is useful is you are mobile gamer, but it is very dated and basic, and that seems to be 1/2 the product.HOWEVER If you are a PC/console gamer like me, the good news is that application just gets in the way and you don't need it.****ANDROID ONLY DETAILS BELOW****On the back of the controller you will see a quick guide sticker on the back. IF YOU WANT TO USE THIS FOR REMOTE PLAY (Steam Link, Nvidia Shadowplay/Moonlight, Parsec tested). You want to set the device into HID mode. You can do this by syncing with android by holding "X" + "Android". You can verify it in your bluetooth settings, and make sure it is enabled. Once it is HID mode, most remote play applications will work with out any special configuration.As far as the build quality, it average, but there is the added bonus for Nintendo Switch Owners. Should you want to, retire the device the internals are very similar, you can actually see that they are Nintendo Switch thumb sticks so if you are a bit crazy and have the hardware know how, hey you have spares.Overall a slightly above average product that actually over complicates things in the instructions. Would recommend if you want to play your PC games on the go.

5/3/19 - This controller feels very good in hand. The buttons and thumb sticks work well and I had no issues setting it up to play my games. Unfortunately, I am waiting on a replacement as it will not stay connected to my phone longer than a few minutes and the left R2 button is broken. I have other controllers from Beboncool that have no issues so I think I just got a dud.. I will update my review once I receive the replacement in a couple days.UPDATE 5/6/19 - Received replacement controller only to find it was doing the same thing. Held the mode button till it flashes, then pressed home+X till it rapid flashed and paired it to my phone.. would not stay connected. Then I unpaired it. I pressed in the reset button (tiny hole next to home button) for 30 seconds and tried again.. This time I noticed the 3rd LED didn't rapid flash during pairing but slowly flashed and what do you know.. it works now!! Controller is now staying paired to my phone like it should. I have now been able to play for over 30+ minutes without issue. If I didn't have such a hard time getting this to pair and didn't have a broken R2 the first go around, I would of rated it 5 stars.

I play Mobile Legends, PUBG, NBA 2k19, and many other games, and this is by far the best controller I've purchased. I was skeptical with the low reviews, but this has proven to be the best controller I've ever bought.I've stuck with other brands for many years, this controller however, blows the competition out of the water. I've improved my skill immensely with this easy to use and comfortable controller.My son also loves it, he drops it all the time, yet it remains in fantastic condition!

I hate lengthy reviews, so here’s my short and honest review.Good: It’s easy to set up. Comfortable. Decent build. It works.Bad: No battery indicator. Though they state it works for certain games, it doesn’t make game playing necessary easier. Not recommended for games that require the player to use multiple functions (e.g Games such as Fortnite)

I really love PUBG Games so that I decided to buy game controller. Most of products are only working for Android. However, this product is working for IOS. I have two phones, Iphone xs, and Iphone 6+, and this controller can use both phones and works for PUBG.I am a woman who is not familiar for this kind of game machine. It was easy to connect even for me. Just connect with your Bluetooth and key mapping with the approved apps. It took less than 10 mins.Anyway, nice game controller!

I do a lot of mobile gaming, and I have to say, this is a life saver! The grips are fantastic and have a well designed, slightly textured feel. The controller holds my S8+ snug, even with a small case still on the phone (which is excellent since I won't have to remove the case to use it.) It comes with a bunch of presets hot key mappings for 4 different games, but you can also create custom button mapping with a downloadable app. Great product, and great buy!
