Very good basics. Highly recommend this book if you are a new project manager. Also a good book for supervisors.

As a former Program Manager in the Aerospace and Defense Industry and a current practitioner of project management methodologies in my consulting practice, I appreciate this step-by-step reference guide on the fundamentals that lead to successful outcomes an all projects. The toolkit is a handy reference for seasoned PM professionals and is a great tool to help project stakeholders (e.g. clients) wrap their minds around important project concepts. I also recommend the toolkit for individuals who are new to project management as it provides a foundational framework for learning the discipline.

The premise of this tiny book is good, but it only is useful if one can access the templates. The website referenced throughout this book is no longer available, so please understand that you cannot access any of the tools addressed in this toolkit. The odd thing is that the book was published in 2019, and as early as Feb 2020 reviewers noted the website was down. I have even tried emailing the author to request the templates (which I feel entitled to since I paid over $22) but have received no response. While this book is 127 pages, please understand that the font is approximate 24 pt and there are many blank pages. All in all, this is a pamphlet at best, but more likely could be described as a good article.

Simple and easy to follow activities. Straight to the point. No guess no doubts no pain points. Simple how to do and that's it. I will keep this book as reference forever.

Easy to understand with simple templates to guide how to manage a project. The layman explanation and templates set it apart for me.

This is a great guide for anybody first learning or reviewing the very important fundamental of Project Management success.The outline format was very useful and easy to follow and the content was better and more clear than any I have received from other written sources.The "Links". "Glossary, and "Extras" added great value to the content and learning experience.
