ALEX Toys Zoob 14003 Creepy Glow Creatures Moving Mind-Building Modeling System (65-Piece)

I purchased this for my six-year-old who loves to create robots and spiders. This is awesome because it also helps with his motor skills.

The grandkids love them.

These are so cool! I got them for my nephew but me and my (adult) sister were the ones playing with them! Lol. They are much bigger and sturdier than I expected. The picture of the pieces on the back of the box is true to size. We built the scorpion and it turned out really cool. Wish there were more glow-in-the-dark pieces but it's cool nonetheless.

These are really cool. My son is almost 6, and he is a real Lego kid. Notes: : The pieces were much larger than I expected. : Once he got the hang of it my son was able to snap them together. : The instructions are not piece by piece, so you'll need to help those under 10 on some of the creatures. : Because some of the connections are not as tight as others, these are more display than play. We built the scorpion and I needed to keep reattaching the legs for my son. All that said, it is a cool product, and a nice diversion from Legos.

I love Zoob, but as with the other Zoob kits this one had some near impossible builds. The scorpion and one or two others are very difficult to do the legs, but there were also some cool builds here as well, such as the crab and the mosquito. I love the suction cups. Over all, a fun kit, however I have 3 suggestions to ZOOB: 1) I would gladly pay a little extra if you would include more pieces so that I don't have to break down my builds to build another one (there are not enough pieces to build all the bugs at once) 2) Please put some more glow in the dark pieces in the kit! Do you realize how happy it would make people to include at least 4 - 5 glow pieces? 2 glow pieces is no fun at all, we had to use yellow zoob pieces from another kit for eyes, and my kids were bummed. 3) Put more suction cups in as well, ideally, it would be great if you included enough pieces to build all of the creatures at once and give them all at least 2 suction cups a piece so a kid could decorate his room with these bugs. I guess the idea is to get the customer to buy two or more kits :) I bought 2

Definitely 5 stars for the price - material is soft and not at all cheap looking. Doesn't smell when it comes out of the package. Perfect to pair with either a lightweight blouse or tunic type shirt for fall days and also looks great over a mock or turtle neck for colder days. Pattern is simple and flattering. Love it! I'm 5'10" and this falls perfectly just below my hips.

My kids love the glow in the dark pieces. I got this on a daily deal, so the price was great. We love ZOOBS. They do break from time to time, so my kids were happy to get a new set to add to their collection.

As expected. Well packaged. Son doesn't think it's as fun as I thought he would. I think it's neat though lol.

Stingy! Too few glow in the dark pieces although that is the point of this purchase. Just buy the 500 piece and save your money!

My nephew loved it!!

We've been using zoobs for years and were excited to have found a set with a few different pieces. While following the directions for the first time, 2 of the pieces completely broke. I was connected to the company for product support, only to be told (over a week past their estimated response time) that they're sorry the pieces broke but they won't replace the 2 broken pieces. We'll stick with megablocks and lego for our building needs. They appreciate and support their customers.
