would this be a good amp to power tweeters

Yes the guy does not know what he is talking about it a 290 watt amp it’s 2 10 amp fuse x 14 volts = 290 watts way too under powered u can run to tweeters I have 2 amp running my tweeters and 6.5

There is ports for speakers but I think you may want to step up to the next model because you may want a little more power for the sound and thump you want. Not putting that amp down, its good just not strong enough.

I have 2 12' DAD 400w subs will this amp ever overheat pushing them?

My husband said no. The amp won't overheat it it may blow your subs. He said he rarely runs his at full power.

Purchase this Pyle amp never use it , pull it out today put power to it blow fuses several time . Get hot real fast . seem defected. Any one have this

I have this amp. been going good and had it for 2 years. doesnt get hot. but i do knnow if you dont have a thick enough gauge of wire to supply current to any amp it will heat up a bit. but if that doesnt work it is possible it could be defected. I also upped my power fuse to 80 amps from 60 amps and it helped a lot. fuses on amp itself never blew for me because protective circuit would shut off amp when I push it. I push it and it just keeps goin. i would make sure its also grounded properly. make sure there is no nicks or cut in power wire and make sure there is no chance of metallic dust that would get on positive terminal to amp(depending on what type of work you do)
