How come the label says "do not use if you have tingling burning sharp pains as this can be a sign of neuropathy?"isn't that what this is for?

I have used this on a recommendation from a friend. She has neuropathy as well. But for me this product was another waste of money. No relief from the tingling and sharp pain.

i have only used it on my hands due to neuropathy, i mix it with coconut oil, half and half. Hope it works for you.
