It was a bit scary at first but was nice and easy to use.And it can be used in the upper lip portion, and it is apparent that the growth rate of the hair becomes slow after use. Cool care is so cool,feeling very comfortable .Sometimes ,the cool care can be used to massage around the eyes to remove oedema.I will add to this review in time after using it a few more times ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It actually works on armpit hair *by J***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 November 2018* This is the fourth month that I have enjoyed the laser hair remover, I am really glad that I chose this effective machine and really impressed by the performance.Actually, I bought this device just because of its appearance, it looks like a cool vase. It sounds like a hilarious reason lol, but it is true. When it is delivered, I did a sensitive test on part of my calf with the lowest energy level and waited about 24 hours, it seems not bad, I didn’t feel sensitivity. So I used it on my armpit after shaving hair, I chose the fifth level with cooling care mode to do my first treatment. It is not painful at all, that’s really cool.After one month regular using, I had noticed a tremendous difference in my armpit hair growth, it almost does not grow back although I could see there were black spots of hair follicles. Three month later the hair completely gone, I am so pleased with this result. Only had it a week, used it twice already. Nicely Packaged, instructions basic, but once had a go it is easy to use and operate. Flash is strong the glasses provided is definitely advised. It is made in China, but isn’t most products. It comes with standard 12 months warranty, the price appears reasonable for 300,000 flashes.Negatives I found was It is a lot bigger than I had expected. So you need to hold it securely whilst allowing close approximately to the socket as wire not very long. I used it sitting in front of my dressing table with socket directly under table, it just reach comfortably. A bit tricky if trying to do whole body given short lead it comes with. The operational button is too near the on/off and cool button, due to its design you can accidentally press wrong button or turn it off whilst in use, not ideal. The fan/ cooling option is fairly loud, it takes a few seconds for fan to stop after turning it off.The advantages were the cooling option which I have notice not many hair removal systems have including the expensive ones on market. Given the skin sensitivity that could occur from using any hair removal systems it is a bonus to have. No irritation for me, plan to step up the strength gradually concentrating on one area of the body then seeing if any reaction before attempting other areas of the body the following week. It’s not a quick fix but Hair removal system is a lot more clean, pain free, quick way to get rid of unwanted hair. Quick meaning you only need to spend minutes literately zapping at each intervals. Oppose to time taken with waxing, mess from creams and shaving long term. Slight heat sensation the cooling mechanism makes real sense.
