Q: How big can I make a print of a photo using this scanner before photos aren't highly clear anymore?

If the negative was good and in focus, I believe you could make a 8 x 10 in without a problem.I used Photoshop to clean up some minor issues, like dust I failed to get off of the negative. I was very pleased with the old family photo's. This isn't a commercial unit, which might cost $2,500-$4,000.

Q: Can I keep the slides in their cardboard or plastic mounts?

Yes. Their plastic slide holder has slots for the slide and it's cardboard frame. I was able to copy over 100 slides in no time, and loved the quality, especially since the sides were over 50 years old!

Q: will this scan 120mm negatives?

No it will not. You need a professional level scanner especially if you want to scan images shot for any business like wedding photos. Hasselblad makes an interesting design, but it❜s pricey and it handles up to 4” - 5” with 135 smallest and 645/120 the sweet spot for resolution, generates around 385MB huge file if you want them that big. Or you can try a top-level flatbed transparency option by Linotype-Hell or a related company.

Q: We found 110 film that's not been developed for 35 years. Will this work to show what it on it?

First you need to take the film to be developed - this does not develop film. And I am sure that you will not have any decent images on 110 film that is 35 years old - it was one of the worst films ever invented and had a very short life expectancy back in the day. It was created to be taken and developed quickly.
