Would this be a good external monitor for a 2019 imac computer? what cable is needed to hook this up from a 2019 imac? i need a dual monitor setup.

The 2019 iMac has two Thunderbolt 3 ports, that can operate in alt-mode, and drive display port monitors, or with an adapter HDMI. Display port is preferred. You need a Display Port USB-C to (full sized) DP) cable, which are inexpensive.

Is there an aux port for speakers?
