Excellent product!!
SB SOX kinesiology tape is terrific for lending light support to injured body parts. I've used other brands in the past, but the SB SOX tape is more forgiving and sticks better. Yes, you will probably need to use the yank-and-shriek method for removing the tape because, if you've applied it correctly, it probably won't come off on it's own. IMO, pulling it off isn't a big deal at all unless a lot of body hair is involved. The tape can stay stuck for weeks, but it should be removed after one week to allow the skin to breathe. Pulling it off after it's gotten completely wet in the shower works best. Otherwise, after bathing just blot it lightly to remove excess moisture. I sometimes use a hair dryer for quicker drying. Some key points for successful application: 1) Clean the area with rubbing alcohol. 2) Measure the length you will need and cut the tape an inch or so shorter than the area you plan to cover. 3) Round the corners of the tape. 4) Tear the paper backing in half vertically, roughly in the middle of the strip you've cut (the fabric will not tear), and turn the cut edges of the paper back to expose several inches of fabric. These cut edges are where you will hold onto the tape as you apply it. Try to avoid getting your fingers on the adhesive. 5) Place the exposed piece of fabric in about the middle of the area you want to tape, stretching it slightly (up to about 25%). Continue to work your way to the end of the strip, stretching and attaching one end at a time. Remove paper backing as you go. Do NOT stretch the last couple of inches at either end of the tape. Application of any kinesiology tape gets easier after you've done it a few times. Meanwhile, not to worry if you get a few small wrinkles during the application. There are a number of tutorials available online for correct application methods. In some cases, as with a meniscus tear, applying a double strip of tape horizontally over the meniscus, along with a single strip vertically on either side of the kneecap, seems to work best. Also, to go with the great quality, this tape is a great deal!! Couldnโt recommend it enough!!!

Good!
Item arrived on time, brand new in original packaging. Itโs one roll, cut to fit. The paper backing is marked for easier measuring. I bought it for my outer wrist tendinitis and applied it as recommended. Cut easily, good stretch, good adhesion. It stayed on for about 8+ hrs, which is about as long as other tapes have lasted. The tape extending to my hand is what came loose after being exposed to water multiple times. I was able to remove the tape with minimal discomfort (even with some fine hairs on my arm), and it came off clean. It did provide good support on my wrist, helping to decrease some of the pain.. and I was able to wear the tape longer when compared to wearing a brace.

Good option ! Doesn't last as long as the KT brand, but it works and does what I need it to. Will buy again

$$$ quality for $ price
I first tried kinesiology tape when my physical therapist applied some to my back for an injury. Hers was professional-grade stuff, stayed on for four days with no peeling despite lots of workouts and two showers a day. I bought this expecting, based on price, that it might make it through a workout, maybe a whole day if I was lucky. NOPE. It went JUST as long as the expensive stuff my physical therapist applied to me, and moved and held just as well, with a strong adhesive that didn't hurt when removed (as long as you go slowly. I don't think there's any tape in the world that you can just rip of painlessly). This stuff is professional grade with amazing hold, it helps to reduce the spasm reflex in my back, and if you look closely, you can see there's little patterns of strong material going back and forth in the fabric, just like the expensive stuff! I will buy this again when I run out.

Wanna use this for boob tape? DONT!
I'm writing this review from my bathtub at 2am wondering why hast thou tape forsaken my boobs & peeled off some skin.... Back story.... Alright, So boom.... It all started when I was shopping on another website & was suggested some similar tape & read the comments & saw it was called kinesiology tape & a thought arised... Hey you can get it cheaper & faster on Amazon.... Well low & behold today I used it & it held these 48 d cups with the strength of Thanos for over 8 hrs... About 10mins ago though well let's say 30 cause this is going to be a mini novel by the time im finished ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธI felt itching near the tape & noticed a bump then stinging sensation... I go in my bathroom since the light is brighter & there is a tear in my skin... I immediately jump into panic mode because I assume I've had an allergic reaction so I run to the comments under this product to see if anyone else had the same issue.... Maybe some of you are thinking why not go to the hospital?๐ Look I wasn't thinking rationally at all plus my mind goes 0 to 60 when I panic & im trying to work on that...๐ Back to the story....๐ So im reading the comments & I see all sorts of things thats asking me regret ever using the tape cause now I think the skin on my boots are going to melt off, my skin will peel away with the tape, imma have blisters ect...๐ณ (Side note: I felt so bad reading what some of you went through ๐) Now im really in panic mode I run to the bath tub hop in & get to peeling slowly praying that our Creator dont leave my books looking like a skinless hotdog....๐๐ญ I felt stinging again in certain areas so I know my skin is disappearing like Thanos did in avengers end game๐ญ... My world is upside down at this point ...๐ I peel even slower which helped & now my boobs are free & greatful...๐ซ Even with little nicks here & there i will rather my boobs look like the ones of an orangutan before I use this tape for that purpose or any other again.... ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธThe only pro about this tape is it made my boobs look so go I tried on almost everything in my closet today... To bad I didn't take pics to remember how great the looked in everything but forget all that If you decide to use it any way for boob purposes becareful & consider yourself warned ... My situation wasn't as bad as some but it was a bad experience nonetheless...

stuff is magical
if used properly, this stuff seems magical. get at least two days of wear, but alleviated wrist pain when applied correctly. can be itchy and takes a bit to size, but great stuff if you need it temporarily or need to tape multiple people. if you have constant pain, ask a professional what's avail, LOTS of scrunchys

Super impressed!
I hate the cost of K tape so I decided to try this out after seeing all the good reviews, it did not dissapoint! Was having a little knee trouble going into the Devil Dog 100 mile ultra marathon so I taped up my knee to protect the meniscus. After running for 30 hrs, 11,000 elevation gain, 100 miles and taking a long hot shower the tape is in place with just a very slight curling around the edges. It was totally comfortable and I didnt feel it in place the whole race though one corner I did have some small curl in the tape edge caused a slight abrasion from where it was rubbing between my pants and leg. I also really liked that it feels slightly thicker and heavier duty than ktape. I felt better supported. Sadly I came home from the race with a twinge in the other knee so now they are both taped. Ha. Definitely will be using this product on a regular basis.
