I bought the size for 3-4 year olds. My kiddo is a new 3 y/o and is still straddling between size 2T and 3T, so I was worried about the fit, but it turned out great! I love that the vest is connected and are flaps so you get movement without having an extra layer nor being a fake, flat image ironed on. The elastic band on the pants is just right- not too tight or too loose. The accessories are very nice. If you're wondering whether to just get the plain costume vs the one with the accessories, get the accessories! It made a difference. The joy he had swinging the sword around and having a map, compass, and treasure made it worth the small difference in price. Regarding durability, everything survived pirate night on our cruise and made it back home for more play. *Note: I do recommend washing it separately just in case any dye bleeds. The bandanas that Disney Cruiseline provides bled red dye all over, so it's worth being cautious.

This costume was a hit with my toddler! He runs around saying "arggggh!". Only thing I wish it included was either a hat or a hook. He usually wears a 2T and we got a 3T so pants are a little long and baggy. The shirt is slightly long but lightweight enough to put layers underneath for trick or treating! Accessories are cute and fun for him to play with.

This costume is great! It comes with so many great Accessories, and it’s extremely comfortable. My son loves it and did not want to take it off at all today. He’s a little sensory sensitive, so the fact that he was all about this costume and even wanted to wear headbands, was a big deal. It’s the word is great quality, the pirate money looks awesome, everything is great. Wonderful deal for the price. It has not stood the test of time yet, but it looks very well-made and it should last for a few dress up days and definitely Halloween. Great buy.

My handsome grandson had his 4th birthday in August. The theme was everything pirate. I gave this to him the day before his party. He put it on immediately. Wore it out to dinner that night and then wore it all day long the day of his party. His momma has said he has worn it often since then. He really enjoys it. Yes I would definitely recommend this pirate outfit.

My son was a pirate last year for Halloween, and he loves pirate things on & off. He had outgrown his pirate costume that he wore previously so I decided to get him this one. I purchased the size 5-6 and it fit perfectly. My son is 3.5 years old, 41 pounds, a little over 3 feet tall. He wears a size 5 mostly in everything now besides some shorts, he is still a 4. He had been talking about going on a "treasure hunt" so I purchased this costume and purchased some jewels in a treasure chest for us to go look for. He was so excited and loved it. The costume quality is great and seems comfortable on him.

My 8 yr old son loved this costume. Great price for the quality. It’s lightweight and thin material but not see-through or transparent. True to size. Pants are long( I thought the pants would go to mid calf but they are full length) which is actually better for the kiddos trick or treating in colder cities. The accessories are great as well. Overall the price for the quality and quantity of what you receive for the price you pay is top notch. Definitely recommend.

My child and I were very surprised on the quality of all the pieces. My kid absolutely loves it! She has been wearing it constantly since it arrived. It was pretty pricey and I wouodnt have bought it if I didn't have gift cards already on my account. I give it a 4/5 Reviewed by my Kid: Eye patch is fun and amazing. The outfit fits perfectly, for me. (6 years old) The map is almost rip, but we made our own map anyway. I have had a ton of fun.
