I think the purchase is very good and the taste is very plain. You can always mix it with other stuff they want create any effects. I just do it by itself. Only thing I would’ve included is maybe a little scoop but then you get less product because it being occupied by a spoon inside.

I used to love this alpiste milk but for some reason they added guar gum and now it’s too thick, i liked the previous one, it was a much lighter version, so much better, I hope they can bring it back! For those who do enjoy thicker milks, this is great for liver cleanse, loosing, and keeping extra weight off.

Terrible taste and consistency, you can feel the guar gum as a filler, I prefer to continue making my own vegan milk at home

To be honest I didn't have high expectations to begin with, the taste is good enough (mostly tasteless) I suppose you mix this on milk if that's your thing but I always used plain water. It's incredibly difficult to mix by hand so I think either one of those cups with a mixing ball inside or the blender would do the trick but I haven't tried it. I'll give it another go at some point but for now is in my pantry looking pretty.
