There's always some smart a** answer on here, like the other dude. That is the dimension of THE BOX it comes in. For the 300w one, the actual dimensions are: 13.2”x 6.8”x 2” (33.5cm x 17.2cm x 5.1 cm)

I'm installing to a factory stereo with 4 aftermarket door speakers. Will this AMP still require LOC's (line out converters)?

You do not need an LOC , this amp accepts high level inputs . I have it on my factory head unit and it sounds amazing

Does the R300X4 have speaker level inputs?

Yes it does its what I'm using and the sound is great

Would this power a Pioneer TS-A6995R 7 way speaker. I really do need as much sound as I can get. Can the tech guys break this down for me please

Pioneer TS-A6995R 7 has a impedance of 4Ohm which doesn't cause much resistance. I believe the R300X4 could handle it. But if you still worry, you could consider R400 whivh is one notch higher.
