Early days as yet as used only 25 times so far, but still 'as new' with no signs of non-stick wear. Loaf drops out with no sticking or need for prior greasing. Heavy duty. Quick rinse cleans it. Excellent all round.Update after 5 months usage and 72 sourdough bakes (plus a few cakes): the non-stick performance has noticeably deteriorated such that a couple of recent loaves have needed to be 'sawn' out of the tin - damaging a plastic spatula. Said to be safe for use with metal utensils but I never use them on non-stick. Not so good. The packaging says '10 year guarantee'. It still looks okay so can't really say it is faulty, but getting to feel like time a better quality replacement is needed. Rating changed to 3-star from 5. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great For Loaf Cakes *by S*** on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 December 2019* I bake, a lot! And bought this tin on recommendation from a fellow baker. It bakes a really nice sized loaf cake, perfect for slicing. The only minimal downside is that it’s hard to line with baking parchment, so I don’t bother! I butter and flour the inside of the tin and then add baking parchment to the base and I haven’t had any problems getting cakes out. In fact I bake my in-laws Christmas cake in this tin and it didn’t stick. Also I’ve noticed that the tin doesn’t appear to have hotspots. Even after baking a rich fruit Christmas cake, the whole cake baked evenly, which is a major plus for a loaf shaped tin.I haven’t yet baked bread in it and I’m not sure if I will. I have dedicated tins for bread and bought this tin with loaf cakes in mind. If I do use it for bread I’ll add to the comment.In my experience as a food blogger most people rarel have unlimited storage space in their kitchens. So, in my kitchen, each and every piece of kitchenware has to earn its place. This loaf tin does exactly that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Larger than expected *by G***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 July 2020* I should have looked at the measurement before buying, most other tins including my own are smaller. Normally a 2lb loaf is 23 cms x 13 cms this is 24.6 x 14.5 so I am not looking forward to cooking with it. Also it states that it is robust and dishwasher safe however in the small print it recommends that it should be hand-washed and dried thoroughly to preserve the coating. So not that robust.
