I love the habanero flavoring, and it is definitely hot, but not too hot for me. If you took a teaspoon of this and a teaspoon of regular tabasco sauce, I think the heat would be equal. It is definitely spicier than chipotle tabasco. For reference, I am someone who definitely likes spicy food and ate a lot of spicy food growing up.
