Had the foam rubber kind before and they're a nightmare to swim in.** A: It seems to be a flexible rubber sole I have had no difficulty swimming in and foot protection is good but horses for courses I’m happy with them **Q: Are they slip resistant slippery rocks? Want to get them for fishing around rocky areas** A: I wore these shoes while in tenerife . We went to look for crabs around the rocks. No problem walking around on them. Its much drier with the heat but could be different in damper conditions here in the UK. **Q: Once I have tightened the laces half the lace is lying on the floor along with the toggle is this normal?** A: That hasn't happened to me! After tightening my toggle sits on the top of the shoe a bit like laces on a normal shoe. Not sure what's happened to yours. He is very comfortable and would not recommend a smaller size. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ insole upper and out parts are very strong *by C***E on 16 October 2024* I am very happy with my water shoes, they fit very well, the size was spot on, with no issues at all in fitting my size 12 feet, I got them for my holiday and walks on the beach, so I decided to test them in the shower first and walking to the shops and back in my local area, I have had no issues they dried very fast and walking around in them is just like wearing a pear of comfy slippers, the stitching, insole, upper parts and out parts are very strong, the whole shoes stretches to fit you very nice, the shoe is very well made with plenty of room for my toes and heel to move around as I walk in them, I look forward to wearing them on the beach. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Canoe and aqua aerobics size 7 *by M***3 on 9 November 2024* I brought these a while ago initially for paddle boarding. So far I have worn them every week since I brought them for aqua fit and they feel amazing and protect my feet giving me great support as I cannot walk walk due to an injury to my ankle. They dry really quick too, for me to use the following week. Drying them straight away in the bathroom near a radiator rather than leaving them for a day or 2 they will smell. I also used them for a canoeing trip which to me was a mistake the rocks and the bigger size stones is not suitable for this type of sole. I still need to try it out on a paddle board. I am very happy with this purchase I think if you struggle to walk when you go swimming, getting in and out of the pool using the metal bar these are amazing. I love the shoe laces so simple. I have also machine washed them once (after my canoeing trip), on a quick low temperature and dried naturally did not ruin them this worked for me.
