Do these brakes for a schwinn 191cl rst omni bike?

I do not know for sure without seeing your brakes close up but I think they probably will work. They are $6 so there isn’t much risk in trying them out and I believe these were returnable. They are the longer pads so measure your current brakes to see if they are around 70mm long. Most of the Schwinn mountain bike I see use these style pads and you can install them then adjust them. If your brakes look ok they can be adjusted to work better and there are YouTube videos to show you how. One of my rear pads was completely missing the rubber part so I used these to restore them and they work fine.

Not at all 🙂 I used these on my 12 inch electric bike and my 26 inch mountain bike. Just take a moment to make sure you are settling them up to make good contact with the rim😎

Are these compatible with Tektro 825 brake pads (which is what I'm trying to replace)?

I just did a replacement for the Tektro 825 and it's perfect. Stops faster and hopefully will last longer.
