Healthy Recipes To Achieve Weight Lose Goals
The cruise phase is the second phase of the Dukan diet, and I believe this is where those dieting have to work much harder. The recipes listed in this book will make a person want to skip their diet and enjoy delicious entrees, such as the turkey meatball recipe found inside this book. Stone does a wonderful job of informing readers about which foods are allowed. Continuing from the attack phase dieters are only allowed 24 added veggies to the meals. Every one of the books Stone has written about Dukan diet has been incredible, and if I were trying to lose weight, this would be my diet over any other.

This Book is a HUGE Help for Anyone on This Diet
I purchased and read this book, which is the second in the series. I love how this phase reintroduces vegetables into the plan allowing for better balance and more choices. I found the recipes very helpful as well as the list of food choices as I like to vary my meals with my own personal creativity. It is good to know that I can cook my way and as long as I follow the food guidelines, it still works. Now I’m off to get the next book before I reach that phase in the plan.

This is the second book in the three-part Dukan diet sequence. The "Cruise Phase" centers around alternating days of pure protein and protein and vegetables. These books are a great guide not only for losing weight quickly and healthily, but also for keeping the weight off afterwards. Sharon Stone is a great writer and coach who will help you take the necessary steps that lead to a happier and well-balanced lifestyle.

Not worth the purchase
Not worth the money. I was looking for a bigger selection of recipes and other advice. This is so limited, total waste of paper.

I love that the book gives breakfast
This book is for the second stage of the Dukan Diet. This goes over the Cruise Phase very well and describing Pure Protein and Protein and Vegetable Days in detail. I love that the book gives breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes. One of the hardest things about a diet can be figuring out what to eat or a meal plan. This book is a great motivator in taking the next step!
