Excellent Product!!
I use this reline once every 2 or 3 months I have a very strong gag reflex, so when I first got my dentures I was absolutely panicked about how I was going to manage. I'm not going to be able to anchor them with implants for another year, so I was stuck with pulling them out of my mouth all day long. Every time my tongue touched that hard upper palate I started to gag. I asked my dentist to shorten the palate and she did a tiny bit - not enough. So I took my dremel and I adjusted the denture by removing tiny bits of the palate, wearing them for a week or so, removing more, wearing, removing etc. Finally, I can wear them all day without gagging. However, I had to trade - I have a denture that's easy to wear but I gave up that good suction at the roof of my mouth for keeping them in. I must use adhesive, which, believe me is just fine considering how comfortable they are now. However, as my gums shrink the adhesive becomes less and less effective. In order to have good results from the glue, the denture really needs to fit well. So, I reline them regularly and I have a nice fit that is easily glued in place. Also, as my gums shrink the dentures look less natural in my mouth. I wind up with what I call denture mouth, where the teeth are too far in and don't show as well when I smile. So, when I reline, I place them in my mouth in a way that looks natural - not pressing too hard - and that fills in the gaps created from the shrinking gums. The result is a very comfortable denture that fits well and allows the denture glue to get good adhesion. This product is super simple to use. It comes with instructions - mix the product, wait a few minutes, pour into denture, put in your mouth, bite down for 3 minutes, remove, put in cold water, trim excess. If you have the gagging problem like I do, I suggest you tilt your head forward and down while the reline is setting in your mouth. This prevents any spill-over from touching the back of your mouth. If you start gagging you will not get the same good results in terms of fit. The hardest part about this product is removing the remnants of the old reline. I soak my denture in very hot water, and I pull the reline out with my jewelry pliers. I have to keep putting them back into the hot water because the old reline cools quickly and is difficult to remove when it's not soft and pliable. After I'm done, I always soak mine in mouthwash for a couple of minutes because the taste can be pretty awful at first. Even after the mouthwash soak I can still taste the bitterness of the reline a tiny bit, and it stays that way for a day or two. It isn't too terrible if you do the mouthwash soak. Before I started using the soft reline, I soaked my dentures overnight. I find that the reline lasts much longer if I do not do that. You can still soak them all night if you want, but you will have to reline more often. Now, I soak mine with the cleaning product while I'm in the shower. At night, I just rinse ad brush, dry them and put them in a container.

Great product. Easy to use.
I was skeptical at first but this alignment kit far exceeded my expectations. It's been 3 months since I used it and still going strong. I did research proper care which has helped prolong the quality of the fit. Using a soft bristle tootbruss and mild, clear liquid soap to clean them works great. Don't use toothpaste because it's too abrasive and will not last as long. After I get done brushing, I drop them in efferdent (3 minute solution) and let them soak for about 5 minutes. Feels great.

good stuff, but
it's been a fight for 15 years trying to find a reline that is not too much trouble. funny... ik.this product is the best when it works.if you don't have much practice you may mess up a few times.what makes it even worse is that sometimes the liquid leaks or evaporates before you actually use the mix kit.they don't put an expiration date on box, but you should use it soon. i dunno.I wish they would at least put a line on the bottle where the liquid should be so I know if it evaporates too much.because if it evaporates too much it won't be enough liquid and then it won't mix right and then it won't be a good day ... there. I've said it.

100% honest review
Alright, so the directions are pretty simple and straight forward. I started with the uppers and then the lowers, it was a nightmare experience. The goo shot out the back of my upper and leaked over the back of my tongue and I gagged and dry heaved until it dried enough for me to remove. Next time, I think I could probably do one jar for top and bottoms. The taste is absolutely HORRIBLE. The taste lingers in your mouth for ever it seemed..it dried fairly quickly though. I cut off the excess and everything seemed pretty snug. It says on the directions to let it soak in water and baking soda for 30min… I left it in there for 45 and the taste didn’t go away at all. I put it back in water and baking soda overnight.. next morning I could still taste it BUT my teeth fit perfectly without any glue.. and no glue is unheard of in my case.. the lingering battery acid taste did go away after the first full day of wearing them. It has now been about a month since I did this and the liner is still going strong!!!In conclusion, if you can tough out the molding process and bad taste, this is a really good product.

What a relief!
I ordered ProSoft to try because I need a soft liner for comfort. Less than 3 weeks ago I paid $60.00 to have the dentist do a soft reline for me. It was supposed to last 3-4 months but it didn't even last a month. I decided to try a home reline kit. After reading all of the reviews ProSoft seemed to be the reline kit of choice so I ordered a kit. Once I received it I read the instructions and did exactly as it said. I first did my upper denture. When it was done and cured in cold water I put my upper denture back in my mouth and then mixed the second vial and did my lowers. I had no problems with mixing the solutions. It worked just like it was supposed to. My dentures are now comfortable and perfectly realigned. The solution did leave a bad taste so I soaked them in baking soda per the instructions and it eliminated the problem. Some who wrote reviews said that this product didn't work for them. I had no problems what so ever. The kit was enough to do both dentures. The only thing I suggest is that when you are trimming off the excess with a knife be careful near the back of your dentures. If you aren't really careful the knife will take off too much and lift the liner from the denture. This happened to me but I pushed the liner back down onto the denture and put it back in the cold water to finish curing. I will be more careful next time. I'm not sure how long it will last but I am guessing it will last at least as long as the reline that was done by the dentist, it costs less, and the fit is better. This is a great product. It is well worth the money. My dentures feel great! I highly recommend and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
