I bought this for knee pains but I woke with a very painful shoulder joint two days ago and after three short sessions with this, the pain has gone.

Very good product Snall and compact reaches the parts of your muscles that is needed does the job. You can carry it anywhere.

This massage ball comes in a rubber shell that looks heavy duty, however, it is not waterproof. Using it is very simple, once fully charged, just press the only button on the ball to toggle between four speeds. The button and the charging port is not in the way while you are using it as it is recessed lower than the rubber shell. The vibration power is adequate on max setting, it is great for pressing onto the shoulder and resting your neck on it, it truly does the job of massaging if you pressed it hard enough. It also works very well under the feet to relief stress or injury on the plantar. However, I was kind of disappointed that the vibration is not as strong as a gyro ball that will work my upper arm muscles whilst holding it. The advantage of a ball shape over a massage gun is that you don't need to hold it. You are using your own weight to adjust the pressure, and it is great for areas like the feet and the back where they are awkward to reach. This would have been perfect with a bit more vibration and be made waterproof.

All of sudden the market seems to be flooded with many massage type devices, from roller sticks to massages guns and vibrating cylinders of all shapes and types. This massage ball is just a little too small to be of any real benefit to me. The instructions reveal the various positions required to get the best out of the product but even all 3 settings I couldn't get the deep tissue massage I really required after a long run. The battery lasts a while though and is charged using a DC charger. The massage ball does offer a little comfort but nothing like a masseuse.

This is a rubberised massage ball, which you can regulate by means of a button on the flat base, there are four settings and also you get heat once it is in operation, so if you press the button once, one blue light comes on, another press two blue lights and the third press gives a third blue light and also the auto mode, a fourth press you get the fourth blue light which is the highest massage setting, a fifth press turns it off. Unfortunately, in the instructions you are not told about the heat feature, so the ball heats up, you get a massage and some heat, the heat is not that hot, but you can feel it. Now in terms of its effectiveness, I was amused by the various diagrams showing people rolling on the ball, it is most uncomfortable and looked as if it would cause more damage to the body, this ball is in my opinion somewhat useless, it vibrates yes, but you don't really get any benefit, I have used it often and was most disappointed, you can buy a very cheap massage ball which will be more effective than this one as the vibration simply does not penetrate into the muscle, it is superficial. So I would say buy something cheaper, it is hugely overpriced and will not give you any comfort, I think the makers need to rethink their cost price and also make this a better more effectual product, so the most stars I can give this ball is two, it is not really worth it for the price and will not help you get any pain relief.
