Lifeline Medical Thread Burner Tool (Can be Used for Fly Tying)

Probably shouldn't recommend buying this for burning warts off, but understand it was significantly more effective than any other cryo or oil treatment I tried

If you know what you are doing this is a great tool to remove cherry hemangiomas.

of course it requires a steady hand.it is so hot,it whoosh through skin like butter.no bleeding because instant cauterized

Fly tying

I found a great system for easily targeting Just the skin tag without burning surrounding area-If you use a leather hole punch with the different hole size wheel/options to punch holes in a silicon baking mat, you can line up exactly the right size hole for the tag. The surrounding good skin is insulated from the extreme heat, and cleanly removes the tag first attempt. Very little sensation of heat that way too.*If there's one thing to pick about what's wrong with this heat pencil, is the switch is set too far back from the tip, so it's hard to keep vertical to the work area.

I mostly use this to stop bleeding if I Dremel, my dogs nails too short, it’s quick it’s painless and it works immediately seals it off just like what we used to use in the emergency room to cauterize wounds.
