Stops drafts well but be sure to hold down evenly against the floor as you apply across door to insure total draft insulation. It has an adhesive cleaning wipe to help insure that it sticks well and I thought it was alcohol but not the case. It was very strong toxic smell. I think it was paint thinner or something like that. If you think it might affect you in some way I would advise not to use it. I don’t think you really need it anyway because you could probably use soap and water or alcohol instead to clean the door before applying.
