My only complaint is the SIZE of the Scrunchies: they're all the wrong circumference size. They're either too large to simply slide onto a pony tail or bun and have it hold, or too small to twist even once around comfortably--just WAY too tight and ruins the pony or bun trying to attach it! So it's one extreme or another--making them useless. And there's no way to adjust the tension to "just right." However, I LOVE the smart way the bow is made: it's simply tied to the scrunchie, so it can be removed or tied back on. Much smarter and more versatile than others I've seen where you can't remove the bow knot because they use GLUE and make it impossible to remove without destroying the whole scrunchie--which doesn't work right anyway because of the cheap, two-sided PRINTED-on fabric they've used.
