How do you loosen them? They are tied together very tightly and i dont want to break them.

It works like a drawstring. Pull the ends of the bracelet apart and the sizing cords will slide along the slip knot.

I'm looking for something to share with my 7 year old son. Has anyone tried to fit it on a child and if so does it work out?

Can this be worn on upper arm as you would see in the past on gurus, royals and warriors ?
