I did notice a couple of small correction stickers placed over words where there were likely minor printing mistakes, but aside from that I have not found anything that seemed suspicious or concerning. The corrections appear to have been handled carefully. There are instructions on how to best read a quran and also there are several pages listing relevant and important topics you may be interested in... you will find the direct verses in references to these topics for easy reading.
