Before we ever planted an olive tree, before I even knew what good olive oil was, I tasted really good Coratina olive oil. From then on I was hooked on olive oil and I knew I wanted to produce my own olive oil. Coratina was the first variety we chose for our Estate Blend, and now I am pleased to introduce our newest single varietal estate olive oil, Estate Coratina. 2015 "Best of the Best" Yolo County & "Best of Show" California Olive Oil Council awards. Naturally bold and grassy, this oil is sure to please even the most discerning palate.
