Absolutely love this outdoor light. Looks beautiful on my cabin.

No instructions a terrible copied somewhat of packing list nothing parts not number so no way of identifying parts or where they go , missing parts no face plate to cover ceiling box if you can call it that will have to have one made needed electrician. The wood is small and not real and no stain as appears in photos ! It looks like a wired mess once installed no way to conceal all the wires it’s a shame the photos on the website are awesome! Hours of work and frustration trying to assemble no way to contact company for help!

If you have never worked with electrical wires, stop and send back the package. My husband is super handy and took him almost the entire morning to assemble the fixture. The instruction manual is completely useless. There is no place for the wires, so they will be always visible on the top. I guess it is part of the rustic look...We used black tapes and taped the to the wood beams, but it comes off...Besides these "minor" issues, the light has a unique look and goes well with my dining room table.

A great light we added over a cabin dining room table. We used LED daylight bulbs and it is very bright. Will probably back down to LED edison soft white. You will need additional parts to pin/hide wires so it doesnt look like a birds nest. Instructions look like they took Chinese directions and converted them using google translator. The directions and lack of parts to make the install clean reduced my star rating. Everything else is nice.

It's beautiful but the only instructions are in chinese characters. It appears to need wires to be spliced. I need an electrician to wire this. I will try and reach out to some people but I think it will have to go back.Update: 7/21/19: The manufacturer has been working hard to make me happy. We were able to put it together and install after they sent instructions in English ( added a star). I needed help from a friend experienced in wiring lamps. There are exposed wire nuts on chandelier presently in order to make it work. I have sent a picture to manufacturer for input on hiding these unsightly splices.

This is now one of my favorite lights. I got this for a renovation we are working on that is a pretty rustic design and thought this would be perfect in it and I was not wrong. It is super well made, very solid and good quality material. It was very easy to hang, but I did steady it with another ladder while I was attaching the wires. It looks great in the dining room, but would also look good over a kitchen island. Good Price for the money too. Highly Recommend.

I love the finished product but for the quality it is way overpriced.The 2 main problems are that the hardware is not appropriate to the wiring and the installation cover box is smaller than a standard electrical box.Wiring - There are 8 lights with wires coming from each light. There are 2 round "junction boxes" where those 8 sets of lights have to come together and be spliced into 2 sets of wires for final installation. Each junction box has 2 holes in the sides for the wires to come into. That's 4 input holes total so 2 sets of wire need to feed into each hole. The hole is only big enough for 1 set of wires. I had to strip the sheathing and use heat shrink sheathing I had on hand to make the wires fit into the holes provided. There was no way to exit the wiring at that point so I had to drill a hole in the top of the lids of the round “junction boxes" in order to exit the wires to the installation cap. I also had to install rubber grommets in those holes to protect the wire. This whole process could have been avoided it the treaded lamp nipples (think hollow bolt) had been large enough and the center one should have had a hole in the side of it to thread the final wire out of.Installation cap - As has been noted by other reviewers, the rectangle installation cap is smaller than a standard electrical box so I hot glued some matching rope around the box to hide the gaps.Like I said, it looks good installed, but an absolute total lack of any kind of quality control.
