Speedo Unisex-Adult Swim Goggles Optical Vanquisher 2.0

I keep coming back to buy these goggles again. Close enough to my prescription that I can see in the water, on the beach or pool deck. I swim 2-3x weekly both in pools and open water. I find that the goggle coating lasts me about 6 months (they are still usable after that time, but the visibility reduces - which is challenging to open water sighting).

Used an online calculator to convert my prescription to diopter and ordered. Worked far better than expected, even with my astigmatism. Was great to be able to see in and out of the pool. If your eyes are very different you can order two sets and swap lenses around. As they are identical left and right you would end up with a backup pair. The bridge can be difficult to swap out for a perfect fit - I followed a youtube video to get it done.

Love these!! Lots of room for adjustment with the band and it’s just like having my glasses on underwater. Suction is pretty good and they are very lightweight. Only complaint is they fog a bit but it’s not unbearable.

I've worn contact lenses with my normal vanquisher googles, and that usually works until a drop of water sneaks in and dries out my eyeball. As I've been wearing contacts less and less, I've become accustomed to blurry images at the pool. In the past, I decided against purchasing prescription goggles because they used to be super expensive and I didn't want to have to get replacement goggles when my prescription changed. But when I came across these at a super affordable price, I finally decided to give these goggles a try. What a difference these prescription goggles make! All the hair, drowned bugs, and dust particles I was blind to now come in with sharp focus! Most importantly, I can see the clock without squinting and staring.

NOSE BRIDGE ADJUSTMENT TOO DIFFICULT. If you want to keep the goggles, Don't adjust them! The amount of pressure to Click them into place is EXTREME and unreliable. THE VIDEO by Speedo IMHO WILL NOT BE YOUR EXPERIENCE. I returned them! They are very comfortable and don't leak when the bridge holds but place them in your bag and you will have to start over again. They come apart after adjustment. Goggles are great if the bridge stays in place. OPTICS are great! Clear nice google. Just come apart if you adjust them.

Have not used yet, but knowing I will be able to see under water will make a heck of a swim! Second pair different brand.

These do work! I cannot see at all when I swim so this was a nice change. However, they cloud up over time so it kind of defeats the purpose of the prescription. I’m still using it but I may invest in actual prescription goggles on the future.

Comfortable and well-made goggles let down by a very fragile anti fog coating which started to scuff and rub off pretty much right away, even with a microfibre cloth. Now the coating is becoming matt, creating its own permanent fog and making the goggles unusable. Whoever came up with this coating has created more of a problem than a solution. Complete waste of money!

Amazing! Being able to see underwater was such an amazing feeling. It does cause pressure on the eyes sometimes so may need to give your eyes some rest here and there.

I’ve been using these Speedo swim goggles for over 6 months, and they’re still as good as new. The strap is strong, no water leaks inside, and they never fog up. Excellent quality and durability — highly recommend!
