Works perfectly with Sky Q, i have Sky Q connected to this and it splits it out to the other TVs in house, great piece of kit!

So far so good.
Hooked up to share from a Sky Q box. I was a bit worried with the distance between box & TV circa 15m but it works a treat.. Sky Q box sound has to set to basic Stereo for the extra tv receive sound.
