How are these different than Refresh?

this version of thera tears burned my eyes like crazy. Refresh single use bottles burned less. thera tears 1 oz and .5 oz worked for me. I dont like the idea you have to discard the single use with 4 to 6 drops per bottle wasted.

I checked all ingredients on the prop65 and theratears websites, and there is no mention on either. any idea why the prop65 warning? thx
